How to add fractions

(You have to know your times tables if you want to make it easier)

For Example:
6    +    4
9         18
In this example you multiply the lowest denominator(9) by however much it takes to reach 18(2). Since that you have multiplied by two, multiply the numerator on top of 9(6) by two. When you are all done, add the numbers on top. NOT THE BOTTOM NUMBERS!!!!!!

you have your answer.    IMPORTANT:Make the denominator the same first.
