How to become a vindicator of they (non ac)

First you need to get 90 tokens of vindication from the collection (/join collection) once you get there go outside the door and you will see drakath. Do his quest tokens of vindication 90 times (daily quest) so it will take you 90 days. Once you do get 90 tokens go inside the house and talk to the 2 people, and do the merge shop. Click on vindicator of they and MERGE!!!!!!
