Berapakah Luas daratan di bumi? (Indonesian)

Kenapa Halilintar muncul sebelum Petir?
Itu jawabnya sangat simple, yaitu karena cahaya kecepatanya lebih cepat dari suara, jadinya halilintar bisa terlihat dulu dan 3-4 detik lagi, kita bisa dengar petir. Booommm!!!!

How to treat 'ich' also known as Fresh water White spot disease

Ichthyophthirius Multifiliis, is a common disease of freshwater fish. It can be fatal if not treated.
'Ich' is a parasite that often appears as White spots on the fins and gills of the fish, roughly the size of a pin head. There is a theory that all fish have it and only become infected when stressed, I do not know if this is true. First, set your aquarium degrees up to a higher temperature as this will speed up the life cycle of the parasite, but only do this if your fish tolerate high water temperatures. Chemical treatments include formalin, malachite green, methylene blue, chelated copper, copper sulfate, potassium permanganate and quinine. You can by a treatment from your local pet store. My fish have just been cured of 'ich', but I did lose a few so  be prepared.

A Taste Of Biology

1. Living Things
Biology is the study of living things. Living things are a group of objects which have many common characteristics. All living things have life, which means they can carry out activities and other things. All living things need oxygen to thrive. Living things include plants, fish and us. Living things move, grow, react and reproduce from energy which they can get from food sources around them.

2.Classification Of Living Things
Living things are usually divided into two groups - plants and animals. The differences between plants and animals can be seen in three main areas - their movement, whether they make their own food, and the structure of their cells.

Movement- The movement of most plants is slow. They are fixed in one place by their roots. Plants have a process called 'photosynthesis', which means that they can take in carbon dioxide and release them into the air as oxygen. Animals have specialised parts such as legs, wings, fins, tails and small hairs which are used just for movement. Some move slowly and some can move rapidly.

Cell Structure- All living things are made of tiny cells. Some living things consist of one single cell, while others, such as humans consist of millions. Plant cells are usually box shaped and contain more liquid.

How to identify a Wolf

Wolves are from the canine family and do not have retractable claws such as that of most of the Feline family.
Wolves have chests that are narrow and keel-like. Wolves have the ability to lengthen or shorten the hair on their manes, which will stand out since the hair on the mane is the longest and can grow up to 7 cm.
Also wolves are aggressive and hunt in packs which consist of adults and young, while foxes hunt in pairs of 2 or hunt by themselves. Wolves ears are always up and never droop down or hang down. Its tail is never curled, but can be brought down or be put straight up, depending on the wolves mood.

A Wolfs hair colour can also be another clue:
A wolves coat is never spotted. In the Arctic, A wolves coat is White as to camouflage in the White snow.
Black and Brown are common in the forest and subarctic regions, Grey most common in the South and the woves at the North-Western area have Either Grey or Black coats.

Kudu?

Most of you probably never heard of a Kudu.
A Kudu is a sub-species of Antelope, which means that they are sort of like cousins or brothers. The Kudu is almost identical to the Antelope. Kudu's are herbivores which means that they rely on plants and vegetables for their source of food.

Kudus can be found near or in woodlands and forests, this is because they rely on their immense agility and speed to quickly jump into the forests or woodlands in order to shake-off or escape predators. Kudu are prone to many other animals such as tigers, lions, cheetahs and other vicious carnivores.

The Kudu live in small herds consisting of the females and their calves. The males tend to be solitary and only come together when mating season starts just after rainy season, where the grass is tall and the newborns will have plenty to eat. The long grass will also help hide the newborns from predators.

Humans have been a help and also a threat to Kudus. Some people tend to find Kudu's easy targets, and are killed for their horns and fur. Some indigenous  cultures and people see the Kudu as a sacred animal and will protect it instead of killing it.

Thank-you for reading and i hope you've learnt a lot about Kudus.

Maths Help:3

Okay guys, i'll be teaching you how to how to measure volume. Simple.

1.Multiply everything together.

Example.

In the figure above, there are three dimensions. 3cm, 4cm and 12cm.
By multiplying 3 by 4 which equals 12, you then multiply the 12 by 12 which gives you 144. Therefore, the volume of the prism is 144cm3.
The three at the end stands for cubed. Volume is measured in cubed and area is measured in squared. (2).

Basketball

Basketball, a widely known game consisting of ball handling skills and superior hand eye coordination, first originated in the U.S. What was first a backyard sport, is now a popular game played around the world. There are some basketball leagues, one of the most widely known is the 'NBA' (National Basketball Association).

There are 5 people in each team that are on court at once. The players usually wear singlets and shorts to their games with their team name on the front and their number on the back, while their team colour is on both sides.

In basketball, you cannot step more than twice without bouncing the ball. In basketball, when you bounce the ball its called a dribble. If you do step more than twice without 'dribbling', it will be called a 'travel'. If you get a travel, it will be the oppositions ball, which they can throw in from the side of the court. Another rule is that if you stop dribbling and start dribbling again or if you dribble with two hands, it will be a double dribble, which also means the opponents possession. Another important rule is you cannot deliberately push or do any harm to other players. It will be a foul which also means the opponents possession. On the other hand, a shooting foul is when you try to take a shot, but the opponent either hits your hand or do anything to make you mess up the shot. It is then 2 free shots for the person who was trying to shoot.

Some of the most frequently used shots in Basketball, are the 'lay-up' and the 'jump shot'. The jump shot is the most easiest and simplest of shots, but you do need to get open in order to take the shot more accurately as defenders can block you. The jump shot is just taking a shot while jumping. The layup, is more frequently used as you don't need to get open as much. The layup is also another simple but effective type of shot. The classic layup, is where you run just underneath the basket, but not too under and take 2 steps then take the shot. You can also put the ball around your body or underneath your legs to make it harder for the defender to block your shot.

Now that you've learnt the rules, why don't you play some basketball?
